Job Overview
Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic planning and governance the project management according to the business goals of the organization.
- Managing customer expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder expectations & communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governance.
- Establish strong information feedback on Potential Pipeline, Client needs and Top Management Progress Reporting.
- Organize and lead stakeholders project status meeting, customers meetings and others working & management reporting meetings.
- Define and manage a well-defined project management process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Project Management office.

- Manage and allocate resources accurately across projects and able to delivery on-time / on-budget project management results.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree or during pursuing professional studies in Computer Science/ Software Engineering/Information Technology/Project Management or its equivalent.
- At least 2 years working experience in project management tackling subjects like Cost and Value Management/ Interpersonal and Group Behaviour, Project Initiation/Ethics in Project Management.
- Must possess great communication & writings skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive and positive nature personality.
- Able to work independently and multi-task as well as a good team player.
- Good sense of urgency and able to work under pressure within tight deadlines.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented person.
- Good Customer relationship and User Acceptance Test (UAT) / System Testing Skill.
- Project requirement study and proposed solutions
- Good command of both spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia.
