Job Overview
- Assembly and Production: Carry out assembly tasks by following instructions and blueprints to build, fit, or attach components to manufactured products. This may involve using hand tools, power tools, or machinery.
- Machine Operation: Operate manufacturing machineries, such as cutting machines, moulding machines, or presses, according to established procedures and safety guidelines. Monitor machine operation to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Material Handling: Assist in moving and transporting raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the production area. This includes loading and unloading materials, organizing inventory, and delivering components to workstations.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications. Report any discrepancies or non-conforming products to supervisors or quality control personnel.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including machinery and tools. Participate in routine maintenance tasks to keep equipment in good working condition.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment. Report any safety hazards or incidents to the appropriate personnel immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively to accomplish production targets and goals. Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow and address production issues.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate production records and documentation, including work performed, materials used, and quality-related data.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus but not always required; willingness to learn and follow instructions is essential.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, tools, and machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and written instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and quality-conscious mindset.
- Physical stamina to handle manual tasks, lift heavy objects, and stand for extended periods.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, if required.
